Privacy notice

Last updated 3 June 2026 · Provisional

Tógáil is an independent project in development and is not yet a registered company. This notice will be updated once a company entity is formally registered. Until then, the data controller is the individual operating Tógáil, contactable at hello@togail.ie.

What we collect

If you submit the “request access” form, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company, role, and how many projects you expect in the next 12 months.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

We use these details only to contact you about early access to Tógáil — launch timing, pricing, and invitations. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see “Your rights”).

Who processes it

Waitlist submissions are handled by MailerLite (UAB “MailerLite”, Lithuania), which stores the data within the European Union and acts as our data processor under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until Tógáil launches and we have contacted you, or until you ask us to remove them — whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we delete your contact details promptly.

Cookies

This site uses a single preference cookie to remember your light/dark theme. It is not used for tracking or advertising. MailerLite's embedded form may set cookies necessary for the form to function.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data, and you may withdraw consent or object to processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@togail.ie. You also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Changes

We may update this notice as Tógáil develops. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
